DIY Confetti Poppers

Materials

• Balloons

• Toilet paper rolls

• Confetti

• Stickers, washi tape, etc (optional)

Directions

1. First you want to cut the tip off a balloon, then knot its other end

2. Stretch the cut end of the balloon over the toilet paper tube

3. Decorate your tube with stickers

4. Fill your toilet paper tube with confetti

5. Pull down on the balloon end and let it pop
