Shamrock Shake Pie
Ingredients
- 2 3.4oz vanilla instant pudding mix 
- 2 cups milk 
- 8oz Cool Whip 
- 1/2 tsp mint extract 
- 16 drops green food coloring 
- Graham cracker crust 
- Whipped cream & maraschino cherries (for garnish) 
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix together the pudding mixes and the milk until well combined. Add Cool Whip, mint extract and food coloring. 
- Pour the mixture into a pre-made pie crust. Refrigerate until completely set, about four hours or overnight. 
- Serve with whipped cream and a cherry
