Inflating Conversation Hearts

Materials

• An empty bottle

• 4 Alka Seltzer tablets

• 1/2 cup water

• Balloons

• Sharpie

Directions

1. Break two of Alka Seltzer tablets into small pieces and drop them into the bottom of the bottle

2. Use Sharpie to write conversation heart messages on the balloons

3. Pour water into the bottle

4. Stretch the mouth of the balloon place it over the rim of the bottle.
