Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup popcorn, popped

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • 2/3 cup sugar

  • 2oz butter, chopped

  • 12 ice cream cones

Directions

  1. Place honey, sugar and butter in a saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring, for 6 to 7 minutes or until sugar has dissolved. Bring to the boil. Boil without stirring for 5 to 6 minutes or until light golden.

  2. Working quickly, pour caramel mixture over popcorn. Stir to combine.

  3. Spoon into ice cream cones and shape to look ‘flame like.’

  4. Set aside to cool completely.
