2-Minute Mug Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup flour

  • 1.5 tsp sugar

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 3 tbsp milk or water

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Combine flour, sugar and baking powder in microwave safe mug

  2. Add in vanilla and milk or water, mix

  3. Microwave for 60 seconds

  4. Remove and layer on desired toppings (syrup, honey, fruit, etc)
