Ingredients

  • 4 avocados, halved, pitted & diced

  • 1/4 small red onion, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped

  • 2 tbsps lime juice

  • Kosher salt & black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mash the avocados until desired consistency is reached.

  2. Add the onion, cilantro, and lime juice and season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Enjoy!
